Bed & Breakfast and Dinner Tariffs (near Sissinghurst & Leeds Castle Kent)

Charges for rooms are on a double occupancy basis and include a full English or uncooked Breakfast.

Single occupancy rates are discounted. Rates are from £65 - £75 per night per couple.

Our double and twin rooms can share a bathroom and this makes an ideal arrangement
for families and good friends as we do not have a “family” room.

We are happy to discuss prices for a stay of more than three nights, depending on the season. As a general rule, bookings are subject to being a minimum of 2 nights.

Dinner: from £17.50 per person - Discounted prices for children / family meals

Please let us know of any likes or dislikes in advance of booking dinner. We are not licensed to sell alcohol and are happy for you to bring your own.

Payment by cash (Sterling or Euro), cheque, Euro or Travellers cheques. We do not accept credit cards.

It is our policy to request a deposit on booking, and this will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation other than in exceptional circumstances, or if we are able to re-let the accommodation.

If you stay with us, we would ask that you leave your rooms by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
